ORG Accepts Belgacom’s Satellite Ops

All of Belgacom’s satellite activities will now be in the hands of ORG Informatics Limited. Belgacom has completed an agreement with the Indian group and the transfer of all activities should be completed by this fall. The decision by Belgacom was made after a study by the company determined the preferability of making this transfer to a third party for financial and strategic reasons. Additionally, all of the buildings linked to the firm’s satellite business are included in this transaction, but none of the Belgacom TV or the Lessive conference center is involved.
