MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSX: MDA) has announced that its U.S. operation has signed a multi-million dollar agreement to begin work with Boeing Space and Intelligence Systems to provide advanced technology solutions for its 702HP communications satellites. The period of performance will be through 2012. The 702HP satellite provides high-power communications for military and commercial satellite customers. This award is a continuation of MDA’s strong heritage as a major supplier of spacecraft assemblies and technology solutions for commercial and government markets.
