AAE Systems, Inc. (AAE) is a satellite equipment manufacturer and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) system solutions provider and they have now been contracted to provide a turnkey communications system in the Middle East. Under the first phase of this multiphase project, AAE will design, provide, and install a multifaceted ICT system to be used by the various government departments, service agencies, and field offices. The ICT system includes a combination of wired and wireless technologies, fully integrated into a seamless system that interconnects office level networks. Voice, data, and video services will be provided and tailored to the specific needs of the respective offices and agencies.
AAE’s Eclipse Digital Satellite Routers, an all in one MF TDMA satellite router that supports True-Mesh and Star topologies, are incorporated as a major part of this ICT network and provide the satellite backbone for countrywide connectivity.
