Additional Green On The Scene For Orbital

With Citi, BofA, Wachovia, PNC and Sovereign Banks enabling credit, no wonder Orbital Sciences Corporation is significantly delighted with their new $100 million revolving credit facility. This is a five-year credit arrangement and replaces the company’s present $50 million credit facility. Mr. Garrett E. Pierce, the company’s Vice Chairman and CFO, stated, “The significantly lower pricing structure and generally less restrictive covenants provide Orbital greater financial flexibility to support the company’s growth strategy and to improve our profitability.” There’s nothing like new or additional credit to validate a company’s financial strength!

InfoStreet Makes Hughes Smarter

As most are already aware, last week saw the successful launch of the Hughes/Spaceway Division’s satellite for consumer broadband Internet access.
