Advantech Wireless has announced that Carlos Xavier has joined the company as the firm's Director of Advantech Wireless Do Brasil.
Mr. Xavier has more than 25 years of experience in Management, International Business Development and Sales in the areas of Communications and IT. He has held executive positions in companies such as Gilat, Stefanini IT Solutions and Telespazio – Telecom. Mr. Xavier holds an Industrial Electronic Engineering Degree from UTFPR University and an MBA from Fund. Getúlio Vargas-FGV, in Brazil.
David Gelerman, CEO at Advantech Wireless noted that the company has a strong legacy in supporting both commercial and government customers in Brazil. As the firm works to build on their successful family of satellite networking and RF projects in this growing region, the company is certain that Carlos will bring his experience and industry knowledge to the benefit of customers.
