NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA: August 20, 2007—Satnews Daily—International Communications Group (IGC) develops and manufactures aeronautical communications systems for the General Aviation and Air Transport Industries. They are also a major Iridium VAM and VAR and have developed a number of Iridium-based solutions and products for mobile satellite communications applications. The company has just appointed Darrell Andregg to be the firm’s Director of Engineering. He’ll oversee the engineering department and will also monitor and improve developmental processes to insure product quality and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining ICG, Darrell was the director of firmware development at Axxcelera Broadband Wireless.
