Latchford, Jr. Mr. Good is the CEO and President of SkyTerra and has served as MSV’s CEO President and Vice Chairman of the MSV board since April of 2004. Mr. Cecin is a Managing Director of BB&T Capital Markets, the investment banking division of BB&T Corporation, and is the Group Head of the firm’s Communications Investment Banking practice.
