At the close of last year, Barry Turner retired as the General Manager Engineering at AsiaSat. Now appointed to that position is Roger Tong, who will now lead the engineering team’s expanded efforts in spacecraft and ground network development. Mr. Tong has more than 20 years of experience in the satellite and telecom industries, having worked in Canada, mainland China, and Hong Kong. He has held various, senior management positions at COM DEV International, Allen Telecom Corporation, and Mark IV Industries—Hong Kong, China
