- Tom Moore, a co-founder in 1998, Director, and former President and CEO of WildBlue Communications, is now the Senior Vice President of ViaSat Inc., as well as the President of the company’s recently announced ViaSat-1 Ka-band broadband sat initiative. Tom will continue to serve on WildBlue’s Board of Directors. Under his tenure, WildBlue was able to raise more than half a billion dollars, built and launched their own special purpose satellites, and deployed a nationwide consumer service. His new ViaSat-1 project will eventually expand high-speed, broadband sat services for U.S. and Canadian consumers and enterprises—Carlsbad, California
