After Carl Vogel resigned for personal reasons from his position as President of Dish Network Corporation, the new President of the company will be Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Charlie Ergen. EchoStar Communications Corp. last December announced it was creating the Dish Network Corporation to focus on the satTV service, with EchoStar Holding Company taking on all other technology assets. As of September 30th last year, Dish Network had 13.7 million subscribers.
