The new President of COM DEV USA is Dan White and he’ll be responsible for establishing a US domestic source for the company’s core competency in supplying passive microwave hardware and services in support of government space programs. He’ll also complete the build-out of the firm’s new Los Angeles-are manufacturing facility. Mr. White joined COM DEV USA earlier this year and he has 20 years of satellite technology experience. He spent the first 16 years of his career at Hughes Space and Communications (acquired in 2000 by Boeing) and held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering and business unit management, including management of the company’s microwave operations—El Segundo, California
