SpaceX to launch 28 smallsats of Starlink Group 10-22 on Wednesday from the Cape

Francisco is one of the leaders of the remote Itaquera community, located in one of the tributaries of the Rio Negro in the Brazilian Amazon. Previously isolated from the outside world due to limited infrastructure and no connectivity, the community now has internet access through Starlink, giving them the ability to communicate, seek help in emergencies, and access educational resources online.

SpaceX’s Falcon 9 is targeting the launch of 28 Starlink smallsats to low-Earth orbit to join the Starlimk constellation from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida on Wednesday, September 3rd, at 4:06 AM – 8:06 AM PDT.

The forecast calls for a temperature of 80°F, light rain, 97% cloud cover, a wind speed of 8mph and 0.8in of rain

This will be the 14th flight for the Falcon 9 first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched Crew-8, Polaris Dawn, CRS-31, Astranis: From One to Many, IM-2, Commercial GTO-1, and seven Starlink missions. After stage separation, the first stage will land on the A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
