This innovative game is designed to engage and educate players of all ages on the critical issue of space debris and why we need to address it.
With more than 130 million pieces of space debris orbiting Earth and nearly a quarter of satellites in space no longer functioning, the need for effective and routine debris removal is more pressing than ever. Astroscale’s Active Debris Removal (ADR) service is designed to mitigate the risks associated with space debris, ensuring the long-term sustainability of space activities.
SPACE PROTECTOR will teach users about the complexities and importance of space debris removal through engaging gameplay. The game offers a simulated mission experience, highlighting the intricacies of maneuvering in orbit close to debris objects and capturing unprepared, inactive satellites with precision robotics technology.
