The company is incorporated in the UK and has offices in London, Madrid, Miami, Mexico and Sao Paulo. It will be run by a strong board and management team, headed by newly appointed CEO, Lou Schwartz, formerly CEO of the Americas for Piksel Inc. (formerly Kit Digital, Inc.).
