Integral Systems, Inc. [NASDAQ-ISYS] has reported their financial results for the fourth quarter of and fiscal year 2007. Revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007 was $36.3 million, up 31 percent from $27.7 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006. Operating income for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007 was $6.0 million, up 31 percent compared to $4.5 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006. Net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007 was $4.8 million ($0.45 per diluted share), up 62 percent compared to $3.0 million ($0.27 per diluted share) for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006.
For the fiscal year ended September 30, 2007, revenues were $128.7 million, up 10 percent compared to $116.5 million for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2006. Fiscal 2007 operating income was $17.3 million, down 5 percent compared to $18.3 million for fiscal 2006, and fiscal 2007 net income was $12.8 million, up
4 percent compared to $12.3 million for the same period last year. On a fully diluted per share basis, net income was $1.17 for fiscal 2007, up 4 percent compared to $1.12 for fiscal 2006. The current year results include $2.2 million of non-recurring pretax expenses for legal services related to an ongoing SEC investigation. Excluding these non-recurring charges, net income was $14.1 million or $1.30 on a fully diluted per share basis for fiscal 2007—Lanham, Maryland
