UPPSALA, Sweden — In a financial statement released Thursday, February 19, 2026, GomSpace Group AB (GomSpace) reported an all-time high revenue for the fourth quarter of 2025 and a full year of significant expansion.

The company surpassed its financial guidance for the year, marking its first full year of profitable growth since a strategic turnaround initiated in 2023.
For Q4 2025, GomSpace reported revenue of 145.6 million SEK, a 75% increase compared to the 83.3 million SEK recorded in the same period last year. The company’s adjusted EBITDA for the quarter reached 17.5 million SEK, representing a 12% margin and a significant improvement over the 5.4 million SEK reported in Q4 2024.
Full-Year 2025 Performance and Business Unit Growth
For the full year ending December 31, 2025, GomSpace outperformed its 2024 results across all major top-line metrics:
- Total Revenue: Increased 72% to 441.8 million SEK (up from 257.0 million SEK in 2024).
- Order Intake: Grew 12% to 518.4 million SEK, providing a 410 million SEK backlog heading into 2026.
- Operating Profit (EBIT): Reached a positive 9.7 million SEK, a recovery from the 64.8 million SEK loss reported in 2024.
- Segment Growth: The Programs business unit saw revenue climb more than 100% to 300 million SEK, while the Products unit increased 34%. Notably, GomSpace North America achieved its highest-ever order intake of 36.3 million SEK.
While top-line growth was record-breaking, free cash flow for the year was negative 94.8 million SEK. The company attributed this to more than 145 million SEK in outstanding invoices from a key customer undergoing a capital raise prolongation. To mitigate this, GomSpace has implemented a payment plan and secured collateral, ending the year with a cash position of 209 million SEK.
Executive Perspective
“2025 was our first year of significant profitable growth,” said Carsten Drachmann, CEO of GomSpace. “We outperformed 2024 with an increase in revenue of 72% and delivered not only a strong EBITDA, but also a positive EBIT. With a CAGR of 14.2% for the small sat market under 500 kg, we are significantly outperforming the average market growth. I am also very pleased with the 9% EBITDA for the full year. This is a solid result and well above market average for our type of business, where many of our peers still deliver negative results.”
2026 Guidance and Strategic Outlook
GomSpace maintains its previously released guidance for 2026, targeting continued aggressive expansion:
- Revenue: 540 million to 640 million SEK.
- EBITDA Margin: 5% to 12%.
- Outlook: The company anticipates negative free cash flow in 2026 as it scales production capacity and invests in advanced capabilities for defense and security solutions.
