SatMex Sat Sets Schedule

The Satmex 7 satellite will be launched between the close of 2010 and the start of 2011, according to the company. With full regional coverage, the satellite will be located in the 114.9° W position and will operate over C- and Ku-bands. Space Systems/Loral could well be the manufacturer of the spacecraft as the company also constructed Satmex 6 on their LS-1300X platform—the decision as to the launcher will be made early next year.
