Moving On Up… At Iridium Satellite

There’s a new Executive Vice President for Ground Operations and Product Development at Iridium Satellite. He is John Roddy and he joins the company with 27 years of telecom and information technology industry experience. John has worked with Iridium over the past year as a consultant and is responsible for developing the company’s corporate operations model. Prior to working with Iridium, Roddy was the president of Telcordia Global Services in New Jersey, where he also served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Chief Information Officer. Roddy is based in the company’s Tempe, Arizona facility and reports directly to Iridium CEO and Chairman, Matt Desch—Bethesda, Maryland
