Marshall Delves Into Warfighter Issues @ DISA + NAB Conferences

Marshall Communications graphic Marshall Communications Corporation (MARSHALL), a provider of Digital Video Broadcast, Return Channel via Satellite (DVB-RCS/S2) services for the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), will be, once again highlighting Full Motion Video to the Warfighter at the upcoming DISA Customer Partnership Conference slated to take place April 20-22 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

MARSHALL has decided to feature the same theme used for the 2008 MILCOM Conference, in San Diego, California, and will be exhibiting in Booth 454. MARSHALL’s booth will have actual Subscriber Suites on display for viewing; and will be featuring Full Motion Video for DVB and Wi-Max Technologies. In addition to MARSHALL’s participation at the DISA conference, Mr. Veloris (Sonny) Marshall III, President & CEO, will be speaking at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) conference, scheduled to take place in the Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Marshall will be presenting on a panel session on Thursday, April 23rd, entitled Mobile Warfighting — Challenges and Needs — Standards Based Technology for the Warfighter. Mr. Marshall’s presentation will be focused on the use of standards-based technology in today’s battlespace and the valuable role they play in the deployment of critical communications links and networks that provide high speed netcentric data and full motion video to the mobile warfighter at the edge.
