Thanks to Global Eagle Entertainment Inc. (“GEE”) (NASDAQ:ENT) and Radiance Communications Nakilat’s fleet of LNG and LPG carriers will enjoy marine VSAT services. GEE’s EMC service line and Radiance Communications, an EMC maritime service partner and reseller, are supplying global Ku-band VSAT connectivity and content to enable a full range of Internet, data and voice services for the vessels and crew. It also includes a voice-over-IP (VoIP) system for the corporate network to lower the costs of satellite voice calls, as well as VoIP crew calling and an Internet café solution for crew with company access control. EMC will showcase its range of global marine VSAT systems and services on Stand F9 at Seatrade Maritime Middle East in Dubai.
As of today, eight Nakilat ships have been equipped by Radiance Communications which is responsible for installing and commissioning the systems, and is also providing shipboard service.

Established in 2010, Radiance Communications is a supplier of communication solutions for land, marine, aeronautical and government customers in Saudi Arabia and other Middle East countries. Radiance has been a maritime service provider and reseller for EMC VSAT solutions since July 2015.
