COM DEV Switches And Gains $8 Million

COM DEV International Ltd. (TSX: CDV), a leading manufacturer of space hardware subsystems, today announced that it has been awarded a fully-funded contract of almost $8 million from one of its long standing customers.

COM DEV will deliver coaxial and waveguide electromechanical switches for a large, multi-spot beam Ka-band satellite providing high-speed satellite Internet service in North America. Work on the contract will be carried out at the Company’s facility in Cambridge, Ontario with completion expected by April 2014.
