NDS, a provider of technology solutions for digital pay-TV, and Telekom Austria, the fixed net subsidiary of Telekom Austria Group, have extended their relationship to secure the operator’s IPTV service.Building on their existing relationship, the agreement will see NDS integrate its VideoGuard™ encryption technology with the new platform to ensure that the operator’s service remains uncompromised. NDS has provided the security for Telekom Austria’s IPTV service since 2005.
