Time-Sensitive Target Mission Payloads Demonstration (TSTMPD) BAA Posted


FedBizOps.Gov has posted a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), procurement instrument identification number HQ0034-19-BAA-TSTMPD-0001, which constitutes the solicitation of offers for research and development (R&D) for the Time-Sensitive Target Mission Payloads Demonstration.

The objective of this effort is to advance space-based payload and enabling technology concepts that support attack operations against time-sensitive targets mission through analysis, experimentation, and demonstration. There are three phases of this BAA solicitation:

1) White Paper

2) Concept Design Study (by invitation only)

3) Demonstration (by invitation only).

Publication of this announcement does not obligate the Department of Defense (DoD) to review any White Paper submission beyond an initial administrative review, or to award any specific project, or to obligate any available funds.

The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) Director of Defense for Research & Engineering (DDR&E) for Advanced Capabilities (AC) is hosting a Time-Sensitive Target Mission Payloads Demonstration (TSTMPD) BAA Industry Day on March 1, 2019. The TSTMPD BAA Industry Day will be held at the collateral Secret level, and all participants must possess an active Secret clearance to participate.
