Wavestream's $7 Million Contract to Deliver Comms-On-The-Halt for U.S. Army's WIN-T Program


Wavestream, a subsidiary of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ, TASE: GILT), has received orders for more than $7 million for the U.S. Army’s WIN-T (Warfighter Information Network-Tactical) program.

WIN-T was established to provide anytime, anywhere connectivity via the U.S. DoD’s WGS satellite network. Wavestream’s Solid State Amplifier (SSPA), ruggedized to withstand the harshest environments, enables the Satellite Transportable Terminals (SSTs) to deliver a “Comms-on-the-Halt” (COTH) solution across diverse climates and conditions around the globe.
