Arabsat Graces CETel With Operations Award


[Satnews] CETel, a German provider of global satellite, fiber and wireless enabled communications solutions, has been awarded by Arabsat for its professional operations in the procurement and line-up of satellite space segment—the award was officially presented at Arabsat’s 8th Telecom Forum in Limassol, Cyprus.

The award recognizes CETel for following standard operating procedures and as the “best customer following Arabsat Space segment Access Procedures.” CETel’s Network Operation Center (NOC) at its Teleport in Germany is available for customers on a 24/7 basis for line-ups and active monitoring of customers’ networks. This is the second time CETel has been selected for this award by Arabsat, a long-standing and trusted partner in the provision of satellite solutions to the Middle East and Africa.
