[SatNews] The U.S. Air Force (USAF) Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) has awarded Integral Systems a $1.5M contract modification to its Command and Control System-Consolidated (CCS-C) contract.
Under the terms of the contract modification, Integral Systems will continue to provide the USAF and
SMC with its EPOCH Integrated Product Suite (IPS) to simplify operations by consolidating satellite ground systems. The contract modification includes software development, installation
and test support for Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) telemetry and orbital analysis enhancements. Additionally, the modification provides on-site support for remaining Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) exercises and launches. The CCS-C contract, first awarded in early 2002, enables a unified
Command and Control (C2) capability for the 50th Space Wing's complete family of MILSATCOM satellite programs. By employing standards-based
systems and an open architecture approach, the 50th Space Wing efficiently and cost-effectively supports future satellite platforms and programs.
