Spacecom (Tel Aviv Stock Exchange: SCC), operator of the AMOS satellite fleet, announced that it has been selected by Germany’s Da Vinci Media GmbH to distribute the Da Vinci Learning Channel, targeting Eastern and Central Europe, over the AMOS-3 satellite located at the 4 degrees West orbital slot via a long term agreement.

Produced in Germany, the educational channel is uplinked via Budapest for broadcast throughout Hungary, Romania, Poland, Slovenia, Ukraine and Bulgaria. Spacecom is providing satellite capacity and uplink services through a local business partner. The Da Vinci Learning Channel’s programming focuses on knowledge and interactive learning to facilitate the learning process and provide true education.
